Would not read my heart rate
1. Please keep the device close to your skin.
2. If you have enable all day HR on the app setting, it will monitor hr every 15 mins. If you want to check it right now, please turn to heart icon on the device, press the touch key till the heart flash to get real time hr.

Won't ramain conencted
Yes, the device disconnects with phone when bluetooth is out of range, or when you cross off the HPlus app from phone.On the app/Settings/Connect/Bluetooth, click the device id to re-connect.
It's no need to keep it connected all the time, unless you need to get call/message alert or do settings on the app.
The device counts steps/calorie/hr on its own, just click sync on the app to store those data onto phone.

Won't count steps
The device sensor is programed to count in three triaxial and process these data to finally displayed as numbers. People may eager to know every steps they taken, while the device needs a few data to judge whether you are walking or just waving hands, the steps will not change real-time when you takes only several steps.

The watch won't charge or turn on
1. Check if each pin was rightly placed to its corresponding spot.
2. Replace the charger.
3. If 1,2 doesn't work, it's maybe chipset broke. Overcharge or swim with it too long may burnt/damage the chipset.
