The Polar A300 fitness and activity tracker is designed to move and complete your workout. Not only does it look and feel good on your wrist, but it counts every step, jump and skip you do. Its clear display shows your steps, distance and burned calories, and motivates you to reach the set goal. It tracks the sleep time and quality and tells you if you have been inactive for too long. Combine the tracker with a Polar H7 heart rate monitor (not included) to get accurate heart reading in bpm and percent, and use the HR zones to monitor training intensity. There is also a fitness test, various sport profiles, button-free mode, and the strap is changeable to match your mood and style. The tracker is waterproof up to 30 meters making it suitable for swimming. You can connect it to your PC or Mac and access the Polar Flow web service for extra features.
